Friday Five (a little early)

What's your favourite TV network? It's a tie between A&E and Bravo with TBS and Lifetime coming in close behind.

If you could create your own channel, what would it be? One that shows cop shows and baseball games and reruns of The Golden Girls and Everybody Loves Raymond 24 hours a day. Oh, and no commercials. :D

What TV show did you watch as a child, that you wish they would bring back? The Brady Bunch. Gawd, I loved that show. Marsha! Marsha! Marsha! Oh, my nose. Oh, my nose! LOL!!!

What show have you always hated, and wonder why they ever made such a dumb show? Still Standing. They show the reruns on Lifetime. i want to poke my eyes out when it is the only thing on. DUmb show. ;)

What TV show's seasons would you buy on DVD? Everybody Loves Raymond because I already own the Complete Golden Girls Collection. :D

What's your favourite TV network? Probably HGTV. It's my "go to" channel when there's nothing else on and when I'm awake in the middle of the night!

If you could create your own channel, what would it be? One that shows home, yard, and people makeovers, reality shows (were talking Survivor, Amazing race type shows, not the dating type), good stand up comedy, and mystery/dateline/forensic file type shows. I agree - no commercials!

What TV show did you watch as a child, that you wish they would bring back? The Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, Marcus Welby MD, Here Come The Brides, The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie.

What show have you always hated, and wonder why they ever made such a dumb show? I hated Hee Haw back in the day....what a stupid, stupid show that was!

What TV show's seasons would you buy on DVD? There are a few shows that I've never watched that people talk about: Greys, 24 Hours and maybe Lost.

What show have you always hated, and wonder why they ever made such a dumb show? The Fresh Prince of Bellaire...hate it! Still can't believe it made Will Smith a huge mega star?? it escapes me!

What TV show's seasons would you buy on DVD? I'd buy "That 70's Show" and "2.5 Men" for Richie, he loves those shows. Zak would totally love it if I could find the Flintstones season 1-6. For me, maybe Desperate Houswives?

Brady Bunch is available on DVD. Jackie saw some at a friend's house. Maybe you could get it from a library???

Happy Pink Saturday! I have been going thru my summer photos and I came across this cool shot of my DD in her bright pink shirt in front of the M in MMOCA...Miami Museum of Contemporary Art. Craftiness & a Holiday Headstart

These are on their way to some friends for whom I am very grateful to have in my life. :) I got this as a gift from Sweet Mellie who was my Secret Santa last year but didn't have enough time to make it so I made it today. Isn't it CUTE!? I plan on filling the draws with little treats for the kiddos to enjoy each day leading up to and including Christmas Day. Should be FUN. I noticed that I put holly berries in the middle of my flowers instead of regular old brads but it's too late now. Them suckers are glue dotted on. :O I think I got my Christmas card photo!!!!!! What do you think?

Color of the Week - Orange

This year our annual pumpkin picking trip took us to Barton Orchards up in Pauquag. It's a bit of a drive but they make picking an event. Hayrides, corn maze, petting zoo, farmer's market and even apples...tons of apples. We picked a couple of pumkins and a bag of apples. It was a gorgeous day. But I think the best part for the kiddos was this slide they built into a mountain. It was underground and pretty long. I was able to get some cool shots of them coming out of it. Neat, huh? A sea of pumpkins. How's that for an orange photo? Dylan and his pick. :) Natty and her pick. :)
