Some Scrappy Sutff

A layout I did for Scrapjazz this month. My product spotlights were American Crafts and Making Memories. :) My 2 faves so it was easy. I like the cool and calming blues of these products. Perfect for water layouts. And Lord knows I've got tons of water photos. ;)



Some cards with the junk that was left on my desk. Instead of cleaning it up and/or throwing it away I sat down and created these cards. Fun and frugal. LOL!

Wow, I had some serious catching up to do on your blog Ramona! Love your latest layout! that splash of pink is perfection!!! I've been scrapping vacation type stuff lately too...helps get through these chilly days. Cute, cute cards too. But you've always been a master at cardmaking. Loved catching up with you :)

Happy Pink Saturday! I have been going thru my summer photos and I came across this cool shot of my DD in her bright pink shirt in front of the M in MMOCA...Miami Museum of Contemporary Art. And another on a floor of records... And this is a shot of the family in front of La Carretta cuban restaurant in Little Havana. I rooster smoking a cigar. Craftiness & a Holiday Headstart

These are on their way to some friends for whom I am very grateful to have in my life. :) I got this as a gift from Sweet Mellie who was my Secret Santa last year but didn't have enough time to make it so I made it today. Isn't it CUTE!? I plan on filling the draws with little treats for the kiddos to enjoy each day leading up to and including Christmas Day. Should be FUN. I noticed that I put holly berries in the middle of my flowers instead of regular old brads but it's too late now. Them suckers are glue dotted on. :O I think I got my Christmas card photo!!!!!! What do you think?

Color of the Week - Orange

This year our annual pumpkin picking trip took us to Barton Orchards up in Pauquag. It's a bit of a drive but they make picking an event. Hayrides, corn maze, petting zoo, farmer's market and even apples...tons of apples. We picked a couple of pumkins and a bag of apples. It was a gorgeous day. But I think the best part for the kiddos was this slide they built into a mountain. It was underground and pretty long. I was able to get some cool shots of them coming out of it. Neat, huh? A sea of pumpkins. How's that for an orange photo? Dylan and his pick. :) Natty and her pick. :)
