Candy Cane Run




Every year at this time our local volunteer firemen do a candy cane run. They come to the neighborhood in their fire truck and honk their horn delivering candy canes and stopping to talk to the kiddos and even pose for a few photos.

Such a FUN tradition!!!!!

Miami, Miami

Miami is nice So I'll say it twice Miami Miami That's where I've been for the past month. Soaking up the fabulous sunshine, swimming in the refreshing water, gazing at the beautiful palm trees and simply have a marvelous time. I love it!!!!!! Now it's back to reality....work, errands, chores, bills, unpacking and getting ready for school. So, I better start my day but not before I leave you with some of my favorite photos..... P.S. Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday! I have been going thru my summer photos and I came across this cool shot of my DD in her bright pink shirt in front of the M in MMOCA...Miami Museum of Contemporary Art. And another on a floor of records... And this is a shot of the family in front of La Carretta cuban restaurant in Little Havana. I rooster smoking a cigar. Gotta love it. :) This turned into a where in the world is the little girl in the pink tank top post but it was fun to relive those summer vacation memories again.
