I am feelin' good today. I felt good yesterday. And I intend to feel good tomorrow.
I am on a positive thinking kick and it's working!!! Believe me people!!! So my challenge to you is to feel good about yourself! What I'm going to tell you may sound weird but just trust me...it works.
Whenever depressing or troubling thoughts enter your mind, repeat to yourself:
I intend to feel good!
I want to feel good!
I will feel good!!!
And just watch those ugly thoughts go away. Stay away from people that bring you down. Surround yourself with people and things that make you happy, that make you feel good. Life's too short!!!!! Live happy!!!
