ALERT THE MEDIA!!!

I WENT TO THE GYM!!!!

Yes, you heard me right! ;)

Last night, when Stew got home, I dragged my sorry arse to the gym. I did an hour of cardio and it felt AWESOME! The gym was hopping at 8 pm!

I think I shall do it again!
