Can't believe....
it has been a month since I last posted on here. I am usually pretty good about keeping up. But, I was hit with a long stretch of insomnia. Yikes. I was up all night and sleeping all day. Then I was getting stressed about being tired so I was up worrying about that. Double Yikes. But, I think I've got it all under control. :) Thank the Good Lord for Advil pm.
We've been busy with horseback riding, scouts, birthday parties and school and work. And, now we are getting ready to host Easter Sunday here. I'm making a loin of pork, turkey breast, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans, asparagus. Should be fun!
Let's see what else....oh we are no longer hagning out at the new DML site. It got all wonky on us. :( So, now we are hanging our hats at just need it. Small and friendly...perfect.
I've got tons of photos to share but first I have to take them off my computer. :O
Now to let you in on a little obsession of mine....The First 48. http://www.aetv.com/the_first_48/ It is a reality cop show on A&E that follows homicide detectives around for the first 48 hours after they get called out to a killing. Sometimes they catch the bad guy and sometimes they don't. You see them follow leads and interrogate suspects. It is so real and so riveting. To say that I am addicted is an understatement.
They cover a few cities like Detroit, Cincinnati, Phoenix, Kansas City, and Dallas but my two absolute favorites are Miami and Memphis. The detectives from these two cities are so fun to watch. In Miami I love to watch Det. Fernando Bosch solve a crime and in Memphis I love love the team of Sgt. Caroline Mason and Sgt. Tony Mullins.
And, I must admit I have a slight crush on Sgt. Kevin Lundy from Memphis. :O He has a tough cop attitude but you just know he's a softy. And, I love the way he says Po-lice...emphasis on the long o. Don't worry I already told Stew. ;) But, I just learned he will not be on the new season which just started. So, here is a pic of Sgt. Lundy...not the best one but you get the idea.
